Payment Policies

For all homes and villas, once you have received notice of availability, a deposit of 25% must be sent immediately to confirm a booking. The balance is payable anytime, but must be received at least two weeks before arrival. If the booking is made less than two weeks from the arrival date, full payment in advance must be received to confirm a reservation. Payments are accepted in U.S. dollars using a credit card, bank wire, money order or cashier's check, depending on the various property owners, who will advise via email. Personal checks may be accepted from returning guests in good standing. Not responsible for cash sent through the mail. One week is considered 7 consecutive nights, one month is 30 consecutive nights and one quarter is 91 consecutive nights. Transportation is not included unless otherwise stated. Guests must present a valid credit card as a guarantee against damage.

Real-Time Bookings

Real-Time Bookings with instant confirmations are available by credit card for select bookings and homes. If not available, or if you have questions about your booking, your booking will need to be confirmed by our staff, in which case you can pay by Paypal or with VillaRenters.com.

Breakage Deposit and Damage Bonds

When paying with a credit card, your credit card may be authorized for up to an additional $150 (depending on the property). This is an authorization only; no charges will be made to your card, unless there is a claim for damage to the property. If there is no damage claim, the authorization will automatically expire, and no additional charges will be incurred.

We will always contact you before any damage claims are made, and will act fairly in all matters. Normal wear and tear on the home or contents do not constitute grounds for a damage claim.
